TikTok Shop - Product Operation Manager, Brand Operations GTM

- GTM Execution & Advocacy: Lead the rollout of GTM rules across various industry categories. Act as the primary advocate for these standards, ensuring both internal teams and external merchants fully understand and successfully complete the certification process.
- Ecosystem Optimization: Analyze the effectiveness of merchant certifications and user feedback. Partner closely with Product and Strategy teams to iterate on rules that build consumer trust and foster a secure platform ecosystem.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in strategy operations or a related field
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proven experience using data to drive strategic decisions and measure performance.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with creator ecosystems or content-based commerce (e.g., livestream shopping, influencer-led affiliate models).
- Familiarity with US commerce best practices, merchant operation logic, and consumer behavior.

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $109440 - $209380 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
