About the team:
The global eCommerce US operation team aims to deliver high quality products together with a unique customer experience via TikTok. The role is responsible for building the TikTok eCommerce partnership for the TikTok eCommerce business in the US. With more than 1 billion loyal users globally, we believe TikTok is an ideal platform to deliver a brand new and better eCommerce experience to our users. We are looking for passionate and talented people to join us to build an eCommerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users together.
Responsibilities:
1. Gain deep insights into the e-commerce ecosystem of Creators & Partners, analyze business value, and develop actionable methodologies and strategies;

2. Conduct visits and research with Creators & Partners, and summarize best cases study;
3. Lead marketing training programs for Partners to enhance their integrated marketing capabilities;
4. Drive greater influence and exposure for TikTok Shop Creators & Partners through marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above, with 3+ years of relevant work experience;
- Strong experience in XFN collaboration, able to drive projects across multiple teams;
- Excellent communication skills, capable of liaising effectively with internal and external stakeholders;
- Proficient in writing and presentation, able to independently produce high-quality slides, documents, etc.;
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in e-commerce, content marketing, or creator ecosystem is a plus.
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $77969 - $144400 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
