About the team
The Creator Acquisition Team identifies and onboards creators, leads market development efforts to uncover new growth segments and strategically shape the supply of creators based on category needs, performance potential, and platform priorities
Responsibilities
Creator Acquisition & Incubation:
- Identify, onboard, and incubate high-potential creators for the overall platform's affiliate performance
Account Management for Top Creators/KOLs:
- Serve as POC for the newly onboard top-tier creators. Analyze performance data, identify growth opportunities, and develop tailored strategies to support their success.
Project Planning & Implementation:
- Design and execute partnership initiatives with creators to enhance the platform ecosystem. Take ownership of projects from start to finish-ensuring timely delivery, alignment with strategic goals, and measurable impact

Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies, maximize creator impact, and ensure seamless execution of projects
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience. Minimum 4 years of working experience in influencer marketing, KOL management, or creator partnership
- Strong understanding of social media and ecommerce platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Shopee, Lazada, etc.)
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and derive insights
- Proven experience in project management and cross-team collaboration
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in e-commerce is a plus
- Experience working in a fast-paced and high volume environment
- Strong sense of ownership with a hands-on, self-starting attitude. And also, a team player who works effectively in a team environment
