TikTok Shop - Creator Incubation Program Manager (E-commerce) - Thailand

Responsibilities

This role operates as part of the Creator Foundation, Acquisition and Incubation team. The team mission is to ensure a long-term affiliate ecosystem for TikTok Shop though key 4 major-steps from potential creator identification, creator acquiring, creator incubation and performance analysis for further incubation program development as to serve each TikTok Shop project and long-term direction of the platform.

Responsibilities:
- Proceed lead list analysis as to understand creator ground and segment them for acquisition prioritization.
- Highly involved in the acquisition process to ensure the portfolio suitability and smoothen creator journey to the right incubation team.
- Design and co-ordinate cross-functionally to solidify the right fit scale incubation mechanics/approach for the e-commerce beginner and emerging creators.
- Project manages to ensure incubation program/event outcome (EC adoption, GMV growth, Quality uplift), while keeping a good track of CIR rate.
- Own the communication channel incl. program on-boarding process, mechanics/campaign communication, creator co-ordination both in 1:many and 1:1 approaches depends on creator type and nature.
- Track program performance and optimize incubation mechanics in a timely manner.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree or above
- English proficiency and Thai language proficiency
- 2+ years of experience in creator/partner or project manager area. E-commerce background as a plus
- A good understanding of content creator landscape
- Good data analysis, able to independently analyze, craft out insights and turn into an action plan
