About the role
We are scaling our Creator LIVEs. To bring more Mega LIVEs to life, we are looking for a highly experienced Celebrity Creator Manager to join and help drive this ambition at scale.

Responsibilities:
- Build and own relationships with leading German talent agencies and management companies, the gatekeepers who negotiate on behalf of top creators and celebrities.
- Source, pitch, and secure high-profile creators and celebrities for large-scale LIVE activations on TikTok Shop including selection of brands in line with the creator profile.
- Lead negotiations, from first outreach to signed agreement.
- Plan and execute multiple large celebrity LIVEs in parallel, coordinating across a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

Minimums Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in Online Marketing, Performance Marketing , Creator Management or a similar field
- Proven experience in Influencer / Creator Management at a senior level, ideally with large creators and celebrities.
- An established network within Germany's major talent agencies and management companies.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills: you are persuasive, credible, and comfortable closing high-stakes deals.
- Outstanding organizational skills: this role involves many stakeholders, and staying structured and on top of every detail is critical.
- An outgoing, relationship-driven personality with a strong bias for action.
- A results-oriented mindset and the speed to execute: able to organize and deliver multiple large celebrity LIVEs simultaneously without losing momentum.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent logical analysis ability and data; experience in e-commerce
