About the Role
The category content role is focused on two main responsibilities:
- Analyzing data and trends to develop strategies for managing and optimizing the performance of e-commerce creators & partners, and
- Identifying opportunities for growth, improving content quality, and maximizing the impact of creator collaborations to drive GMV and brand visibility.

Responsibilities
- In charge of business analytics for content & merchandising operations for the E-Commerce business. Come up with data-driven insights that will move needles of business results.
- Liaise with various business requirements, continuously identify and analyze project, business, and organizational issues, conduct internal and external coordination work to enhance organizational efficiency.

- Deeply involved in team building, including but not limited to management mechanism design and iteration, knowledge system construction, team-wide information management, and large-scale conference activities.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 3 years experience and above in the ecommerce industry in business analytics, process management, or program management.
- Strong problem solving skills, curiosity, and demonstrated experience understanding the nature of different business models.
- Attention to detail, obsession with analytics, and out of the box creative thinking
- Ability to thrive in a rapid and often ambiguous environment with a growth mindset
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Experience partnering with brands or commerce platforms to execute, optimize, or scale their influencer and affiliate programs
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience at ecommerce company is a plus.
- Familiarity with analytical tools (Excel, Tableau, Alteryx, etc) is a plus
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $88920 - $144400 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
