Responsibilities
The Category Campaign team will be responsible for creating and executing campaigns in Vietnam for TikTokShop. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are successfully executed, to orchestrate high-impact campaigns that meet strategic business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Break down overall goals, allocate budgets, and apply them to specific activity scenarios based on the overall direction.
- Set rules and thresholds for activities and strategies based on the e-commerce business development stage, balancing business results and quality.
- Develop and continuously improve the campaign performance measurement system, tailored to specific campaigns scenarios and gameplay.

- Establish a system for evaluating campaign effectiveness, iterate successful strategies, drive GMV growth, and optimize ROI and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce operation manager and XFN team to integrate resources and maintain strong, long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree or above, with 3+ years of experience in e-commerce activities or strategic operations
- Strong product awareness, familiar with both domestic and international content-based e-commerce products, including short videos and LIVE features.
- Proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel and SQL. Experience with BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Guanyuan, etc.) is preferred.
- Strong English communication and writing skills; able to work in English. Preference for candidates with international experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in strategy/business analysis or data analysis is a plus.
- Excellent logical and structured thinking, with strong project management and driving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and resource integration skills; proactive, skilled in XFN collaboration, and empathetic.
