The SEA Integrated Marketing team (IMC) crafts and executes integrated marketing and communications & campaign strategies that resonate with our diverse audience across SEA. The team builds brand awareness, drive user engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience. Whether it's launching innovative marketing campaigns, optimizing user interfaces, or crafting compelling narratives, the team's contributions are essential to TikTokShop's success in SEA.
We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Campaign Strategist to lead end-to-end planning, intra-campaign monitor, campaign recap and strategy optimization of platform campaigns for our Vietnam market. This role focuses on campaign budget management, driving ROI efficiency, designing targeted subsidy frameworks, and aligning strategies with industry-specific trends to maximize GMV and user engagement.

Responsibilities
1. Promotion Campaign Strategy & ROI Optimization
- Design and execute full-cycle strategies for Vietnam mega promotions, including pre-campaign planning, real-time performance tracking, and post-campaign data analysis.
- Build robust ROI monitoring systems to evaluate subsidy efficiency (e.g., discounts, coupons, rebates), identify leakage points, and optimize resource allocation for maximum impact.
- Develop user segmentation models based on behavioral data (activity, repurchase rate, AOV) to drive personalized incentives and conversion lift.
2. Subsidy Strategy & Resource Management
- Continuously refine campaign subsidy plan & ROI performance through A/B testing, budget pacing analysis, and competitive benchmarking against platforms like Shopee/Lazada.
3. Post-Campaign Data Analysis & Insights
- Conduct deep-dive post-mortem analysis on campaign metrics, and prepare executive-level reports linking campaign performance to broader business objectives and market trends into actionable optimizations.
4. XFN Team Strategy Alignment
- Collaborate with category & creator teams to curate high-potential product portfolios and dedicated subsidy plan that are tailored to Vietnam's consumer preferences
- Design cross-category synergies (e.g., bundled offers, shop-tiered rewards) to amplify basket size and merchant penetration.
5. Competitor & Industry Benchmarking
- Monitor competitor campaigns, pricing tactics, and emerging trends in Vietnam's e-commerce landscape to inform agile strategy adjustment.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education background: Minimum Bachelor's Degree or above
- Experience: 3+ years in e-commerce/strategy consulting/business analytics/data mining roles, with exposure to Southeast Asian e-commerce markets. Prior experience with ecommerce/campaign operations is highly preferred.
- Analytical Skills: proficiency in SQL, Excel, or BI tools (Tableau/Power BI). Proven ability to build dashboards and derive insights from complex datasets.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of VN e-commerce dynamics, including key platforms roadmap user behaviors and seller operation metrics.
- Communication & Collaboration: Fluent in English with exceptional stakeholder management skills. Good judgment and independent thinking ability, excellent communication and external cooperation ability and good expression ability, ensure rapid learning, adapt to changes, result and goal-driven orientation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Self-starter attitude: ability to initiate and drive complex analysis to completion with minimal guidance, while synthesizing and communicating insights effectively.
