Responsibilites
- Optimizing the efficiency of personnel and goods matching in search, feed, various channels and activities of the TikTok Shop platform in order to achieve sustainable growth of GMV.
- Improve the basic efficiency of conversion, AOV , Repurchase Rate, seller control of competitive share, etc., and improve profitability;
- Through data analysis and market benchmarking, establish the base line of key input matrices (supply classification, demand flow, budget) and output matrices (GMV matching efficiency), develop growth strategies and determine goals for each regular business cycle;
- Channels and activities: Design and develop the positioning and focus matrix of each channel, cooperate with category operations, incubate top sellers and product lists for the channel, establish buyer and seller mentality; cooperate with internal teams to carry out activities to achieve new GMV peaks and new Operational Efficiency, and instill platform positioning in seller sales and buyer consumption.
- Search and Feed: Collaborate with product and technical teams to improve algorithms, search relevance specific to local context and language, product list searchability, audience tagging, and improve recommendation quality to achieve long-term Return On Investment.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in working with cross categories, cross platform channels, cross functions and cross product domain team, influencing team towards a common goal for assortment growth
- Structured thinking, hypothesis driven. Have a high degree of comfort with numbers and the capability to draw decisions based on both intuition and data
- A resourceful problem solver, able to work effectively in an independent, structured and goal-oriented manner
- Outstanding communication skill both verbally and in written to articulate a business strategy and resource requirement, and strong listening skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in e-commerce related to the supply and demand matching efficiency strategy of leading centralized e-commerce platforms
- An adventurer by heart, with startup spirit and co-founder mentality. Have an entrepreneurial mindset with a keen interest in a start-ups and technology displayed through deep knowledge and previous new business / venture / strategy building experience
