About the Team
This role will support SMB (Small Medium Business) Platform-Level Projects where you will lead high-impact initiatives to drive GMV growth for our sellers or focus on internal optimizations. You will work within a dynamic environment, where each quarter's priorities are set based on platform most urgent needs. Success in this role means skillfully managing multiple complex projects, collaborating across functions, and influencing key stakeholders with data-backed insights.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Data-Backed Acquisition Strategy - Build and iterate a full-funnel plan that maximises cost-per-acquisition efficiency and sustains a steady pipeline of new Indonesian sellers; deploy rigorous hypothesis testing and cohort analytics to allocate budget where marginal ROI is highest.

- Performance Marketing Execution - Partner with our Ads agency to fully own end-to-end SEM, SEO, and Google Ads operations: set bidding logic, keyword clusters, and landing-page experiments while monitoring quality scores, conversion rates, and CAC against weekly targets.
- Agency & Creative Orchestration - Partner closely with our external ads agency to steer visual, copy, and audio assets as well as audience-targeting parameters; provide Mandarin-Indonesian context to ensure messages resonate and comply with platform policy.
- Incubation Handoff & Mass Activation - Coordinate with the Mass Incubation team to move newly onboarded sellers through onboarding milestones to GMV-active status, using funnel drop-off diagnostics and playbooks that scale activation at pace.
- Insight Generation & Executive Communication - Distil complex performance data into concise, top-down updates for senior leadership; apply MBB-style problem structuring and storytelling to secure alignment and incremental resources.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in dynamic environments, rapidly acquire new skills, and collaborate effectively across all organizational levels without regard to hierarchy.
- Independent, open-minded and proactive.
- At least 3 years of working experience in independent, high critical thinking and senior stakeholder management environment
- Professional chinese fluency as the role will be in day-to-day discussion with China-based Ads agency in optimizing ads targetting and content
- Highly Proficient in critical thinking
