About the team:
The BPO Management role is responsible for managing workflow efficiency and productivity within the BPO to ensure operational success. This role will combine strategic planning, merchant growth initiatives, and operational excellence to deliver impact in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. Additionally, the role collaborates with XFN teams and category teams to align strategies, foster strong partnerships, and drive impactful initiatives. By combining problem-solving, project management, and cross-functional collaboration, this role plays a vital part in scaling and refining BPO incubation output.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Manage and optimize BPO workflows by translating business goals into executable strategies. Monitor performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to ensure efficiency, productivity, and alignment with KPIs.
2. Formulate and refine go-to-market, seller growth, and merchandise strategies tailored to market needs. Monitor market trends and the merchant ecosystem to identify high-potential sellers, emerging product opportunities, and potential risks.
3. Design, implement, and manage merchant strategies to drive growth, strengthen engagement, and build long-term partnerships. Resolve complex seller queries and provide actionable insights to improve seller experience and retention.
4. Lead key platform initiatives execution, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives. Continuously assess and adjust operational processes to support business growth and innovation.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional (XFN) and category teams to align strategies, drive shared objectives, and optimize performance while maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
Minimum requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related E-commerce field.
2. At least 2 years of experience in BPO operations, E-commerce or Tech company.
3. Experienced in Mid/long-tail seller management or mass seller growth strategy.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
5. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and propose actionable improvements.

Preferred requirements
1. Experience in BPO project management or Automotive & Electronics Category Strategy.
2. Previous experience in e-commerce or tech-related industries is a plus.
