Your primary focus will be on creating strategic business plans, providing insights, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure the effective execution of brand strategies.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Responsible for traffic growth in each scenario of the responsible category.
2. Ads operation: develop the store ads and optimization strategy, maximize Direct ROAS.
3. Campaign operation: responsible for the submission of platform and category campaigns, maximizing exposure and subsidy rate uplift.

4. Non-content scenario ops: improve the registration and operation of mall channels such as flash sales, maximize exposure and subsidy rate.
5. Creator operation: work closely with the creator team, provide focus product information and selling points, promote content scenario exposure and conversion improvement.
6. Submission and operation of other platform projects and campaigns.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. Experience in e-Commerce operation with solid successful cases, especially with Tiktok Shop, is preferred;
3. Working proficiency in English is required as the primary language for work.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Familiar with TTS/Tokopedia features
2. Good skill of traffic/campaign operations
3. Fashion category experience
