The SEA Integrated Marketing team (IMC) crafts and executes integrated marketing and communications & campaign strategies that resonate with our diverse audience across SEA. The team builds brand awareness, drive user engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience. Whether it's launching innovative marketing campaigns, optimizing user interfaces, or crafting compelling narratives, the team's contributions are essential to TikTok Shop's success in SEA.
We are looking for a senior business development professional to lead brand and cross-industry collaborations for major platform campaigns and user growth. This role will focus on integrating campaign resources with external partners to maximize visibility, user engagement, and business value.

Responsibilities
- Drive cross-brand and cross-industry partnerships to amplify campaign impact (e.g. naming rights, sponsorships, benefit integrations).
- Lead end-to-end partnership processes: identify targets, pitch proposals, negotiate terms, and manage execution.
- Collaborate closely with internal campaign, marketing, and product teams to turn partnerships into integrated experiences.
- Expand membership ecosystem value by securing joint member benefits with lifestyle, travel, and entertainment brands.
- Build long-term strategic partner relationships across industries including travel, F&B, and digital services.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree with proven experience in strategic business development or partnership management.
- Strong ability to pitch and negotiate with external stakeholders, including senior executives.
- Hands-on experience driving go-to-market execution for co-branded or cross-platform initiatives.
- Familiarity with platform campaigns, brand sponsorships, or member benefit models.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- English proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications:
- In-depth understanding of e-commerce business and merchandise management
- Background working with airlines, travel aggregators, or large-scale consumer platforms , are a strong plus.
