Responsibilities
- Process data to generate weekly reports for strategic incentives and provide data-driven insights that support business strategy.
- Track key performance metrics and deliver regular updates to evaluate business performance and operational efficiency.
- Support cross-functional coordination, assist in document processing, and optimize administrative workflows.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks related to data analysis and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Statistics, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Detail-oriented and highly sensitive with data tracking.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data tools like Excel.
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle a fast-paced work environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic SQL knowledge is highly preferable.
- Experience in strategy or analyst roles.
- Prior internship experience in e-commerce is a plus.
