About the Team
As a key member of the fashion team, you will be responsible for driving performance through strategic product curation, traffic resource management, and budget optimization. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that the fashion category delivers strong results across e-commerce platforms such as TikTok and Tokopedia.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Product Merchandising
- Curate and manage a high-performing assortment of fashion products aligned with seasonal trends, customer demand, and campaign objectives.
- Analyze consumer behavior, historical data, and market trends to identify high-potential products for promotions and marketing initiatives
- Develop product strategies that enhance visibility and conversion rates across platforms.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (buyers, marketing, design) to ensure product selections support campaign themes and promotional goals.
2. Traffic Resource Management
- Oversee and allocate traffic resources for TikTok and Tokopedia to support fashion-related campaigns.
- Highlight key content such as seasonal trends, new arrivals, and promotional events to capture user attention.
- Optimize landing pages and campaign destinations for high traffic volumes while ensuring fast load times and mobile responsiveness.
- Work closely with design, marketing, and content teams to maintain consistent branding and align messaging with campaign goals.
3. Budget Management
- Manage campaign budgets effectively to ensure optimal use of resources.
- Track spending across platforms and align resource allocation with business objectives and OKRs.
- Provide regular reporting on budget usage, ROI, and performance KPIs.
- Adjust budget plans dynamically based on campaign performance and business needs.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, with 2+ years of experience in internet, e-commerce or marketing
- Strong business analysis and data analysis skills; proficiency in Excel
- Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills
- Strong strategic thinking and logical analysis skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in digital marketing /e-commerce/ads/social media
