As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. Responsibilities
- Assisting Creator Manager team to identify potential sellers and partnership schemes to support the end goal of campaign through TikTok's creators.
- Support partnership initiatives and liaise with sellers and MCN/agency on a regular basis.
- Assisting negotiation and finalization deals with brands that benefit the company, brands, MCN/agency and creators.
- Support collaboration with existing and new sellers to identify campaigns and work with them to achieve project/campaign goals.
- Execute campaigns and relationships with brands through TikTok's creators.
- Work with internal teams to ensure that brand deals goals are synchronized with internal team goals.
- Supporting any collaborations between sellers, MCN/agency and creators.
- Supporting campaigns and project data performance reports.
- Developing creative items to support internal campaign/projects.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Third year / final year students from reputable university
- Able to establish contact, build up trust with creators, sellers, and MCN/agency, and provide complete support on platform training, creator engagement activities.
- Outstanding skills of communication, presentation, and problem-solving, enjoy communication with users, and deliver daily support with a strong user-driven mindset.
- Strong data analytics and project management.
- Be enthusiastic, result-driven, focus on efficiency and can work under pressure.
- Familiarity with basic ms office and design apps (Canva, Figma, etc)
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong planning skills for online campaigns, be creative and good at brain-storming (PLUS).
- Proven experience in owning a comprehensive marketing campaign from ideation to execution.
- Fluency in eCommerce, marketing campaigns and livestream language
- Experience working in eCommerce industry
