As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. Responsibilities
1. B2B Campaign & Seller Marketing Support
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of seller-focused marketing initiatives (e.g. Mega Campaign, Weekly Campaign, Xtra Boost Program, etc)
- Help prepare campaign toolkits, seller communications (WhatsApp/ In-App Notifications), seller-facing decks, and visuals
- Support seller education efforts via webinars or content articles
2. Internal & Cross-Team Coordination
- Liaise with Campaign, Creative, Comms, Seller Ops, and Category teams to ensure timely asset delivery and campaign readiness
- Track deadlines, document campaign progress, and support execution of day-to-day marketing operations
3. Content Creation (B2B-first)
- Draft short-form content for seller touchpoints (email, WA, in-app banners, articles)
- Support basic visual creation (e.g. Figma, Canva or CapCut) for seller promos, tips, and success stories
- Occasionally help adapt B2C materials to B2B (e.g., seller-facing versions of promo info)
4. Campaign Monitoring & Reporting
- Assist in tracking key campaign metrics such as registration rate, seller participation, and voucher usage
- Help compile post-mortem summaries and identify insights to improve future campaigns
5. Light B2C Marketing Support (As Needed)
- Support select consumer-facing activations: help coordinate creative assets, copy drafts, or briefing decks
- Occasionally assist with influencer coordination or TikTok video drafts for B2C promotions (e.g. 6.6, Payday, LIVE content)
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Final year student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Interest in social commerce, e-commerce, or digital platforms
- Strong writing & communication skills
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiar with Figma, Canva, CapCut, or basic image & video editing tools will be a plus point.
- Enjoys working with data and turning performance insights into improvements
Comfortable working across different functions and adapting to shifting priorities
