About the Team
We are looking for a passionate and strategic Account Manager to join the TikTok Shop Partner (TSP) team, specifically to acquire & manage our Incubated TSPs-newly onboarded partners who are still learning the ropes of the TikTok Shop platform. This role is critical in shaping the future success of our new partners by equipping them with the tools, knowledge, and support needed to thrive.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for recruiting new potential TikTok Shop Partners (TSPs)
- Own and manage the incubation stage of newly onboarded TSPs, ensuring smooth transitions from onboarding to full operational maturity.
- Deliver structured education programs, including training sessions, 1:1 consultations, and performance reviews, to help TSPs understand platform tools, policies, and best practices.

- Act as a strategic advisor, providing TSPs with guidance on product selection, content strategy, traffic optimization, and merchant engagement.
- Monitor TSP performance metrics (e.g. GMV, traffic, activation rates) and proactively identify gaps or growth opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, policy, and training teams to continuously refine the incubation journey.
- Develop and iterate playbooks, SOPs, and knowledge-sharing materials to scale education and operational excellence across the partner ecosystem.
- Serve as the main point of contact and relationship manager for all incubated TSPs, fostering trust, accountability, and performance excellence.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- 5+ years of experience in ecommerce, agency management, operations, or B2B client services.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia & English as the primary languages of work, Mandarin is a plus point which will be used for market-specific communications.
- Passionate about partner success, capable of driving performance and nurturing long-term growth.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and data-driven; able to interpret dashboards and performance trends to drive actions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working with creative agencies, livestreaming agencies, ecommerce platforms, or merchant enablement programs.
- Proficiency in account management or business development, being able to independently achieve and influence external cooperation.
- Excellent ability to solve problems, deal with uncertainties and handle pressure
- Background in training, enablement, or strategic consulting is a bonus.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and evolving environment.
