Responsibilities:
- Oversee performance indicators related to the partner and user experiences.
- Conduct market and industry research, analyze the root causes of daily issues, and continuously enhance service quality.

- Gather feedback from local partners and users, collaborating with internal and external teams to optimize logistics solutions and improve logistics productivity.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
- At least 5 years of experience in commerce marketplace operations.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, with strong collaboration skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to align and secure agreement from stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, organizational, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in ambiguous, matrixed environments.
