RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support in overall data requirements of E-commerce Moderation; structure and design core index; build and maintain data dashboard; monitor core index data abnormalities.
- Collaborate with the DE, PM, RD, and Algo teams to improve data infrastructure, enabling moderation teams to identify problems and potential operational opportunities more efficiently and effectively.
- Co-operate with regional moderation leaders and cross-functional teams closely, to build up insights and provide data analysis & business review reports or any other reports as required.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Ability to pull/process/analyze appropriate data for specific tasks, and derive accurate conclusions/insights from data analysis.
- Ability to come up with appropriate storylines to convey the key messages in a concise & clear way, and adapt the storylines to different target audiences and report occasions
- Ability to define the best analytical methodology when presented with a problem, and deliver with little leadership hand-holding from defining methodology, conducting analysis and writing reports
- Ability to pick up domain knowledge in new areas quickly. Strong multitasking and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate degrees in science, mathematics, computer, digital marketing or survey-based research methods; proficient in Python and SQL to conduct statistical modeling or data analysis.
- Global business experience or analytical experience
- Familiar with the policy and moderation landscape.
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $91200 - $160444 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
