About the team
In this role you will be responsible in delivering impact on the growth of merchants, by acquiring, and helping the sellers to succeed on platform, as well as delivering best customer experience by providing best service.
Responsibilities
- Mass Acquisition: Drive the mass acquisition of SMB sellers in the Singapore market at scale. This includes identifying and analysing suitable seller segments, and formulating innovative initiatives to acquire sellers and onboard them to the platform.
- Mass Incubation: Collaborate with SMB sellers to optimize and improve their Tiktok Shop performance via engagement in campaigns and other incubation activities. This also includes enhancing the overall incubation framework to drive seller growth at scale.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including product, creator, logistics, legal, governance, campaigns and marketing to optimise the seller onboarding process.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree or above
- 3-5 years of sales or account management experience with a focus on achieving targets and a strong understanding of customer and market dynamics. Ecommerce background is a plus.
- Strong understanding of influencers, social media, e-commerce, livestreaming, and digital trends landscape.
- Self-starter with strong communication skills, with an ability to thrive in ambiguity.

- Analytical ability to deal with complex business analysis and defining opportunities.
