About the team
As strategic partners for our Product Team, the team provides strategic support to multiple business lines to drive business growth by identifying strategic directions and initiatives through deep insights into both internal operations and the external market landscape. Responsibilities:
1. Act as the key strategic partner to identify opportunities for the product team's growth and drive creative and scalable improvements
2. Define key performance metrics and set KPIs to drive business growth.
3. Track business progress and provide consistent optimization for the business operation.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build short-term and long-term strategic plans and drive high-impact projects.
5. Provide solid support for business growth through internal and external research and competitor benchmarking.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in business strategy roles at leading tech companies, delivering large-scale, measurable growth outcomes (e.g., impacting businesses with >$5B in revenue, driving >50% growth). Candidates with backgrounds in top-tier strategy consulting firms are also encouraged to apply.
- In-depth experience in the tech industry, especially leading Content (e.g., creators, social media) & O2O (e.g., hotel, travel) related projects, contributing to strategic initiatives that impacted at least 5 million users or >50% growth in key metrics.

- Proven track record in business planning and target setting, especially for large companies with diverse business lines, having set and achieved KPIs for >3 business units or product lines.
- Advanced analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel, SQL, or similar analytics tools to produce actionable dashboards, reports, or predictive models.
- Demonstrated experience working with China and non-China markets, with ability to collaborate with cross-regional teams, including launching at least 3 market entry or expansion initiatives with measurable impact;
- Strong business acumen, with evidence of influencing at least 3 cross-functional teams to execute high-impact strategic initiatives, rotation experience across regions is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in leading or contributing to multi-market growth strategies.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken, is needed for business strategy communications with internal stakeholders based in Mandarin-speaking countries.
- Familiarity with tools like Tableau, Looker, or similar BI platforms.
