Responsibilities

The TikTok LIVE Team is dedicated to creating human-centered, real-time interactive experiences.

Responsibilities:
- Support TikTok LIVE Creator Network operations (Creator Network: platform's partner organizations) and assist in addressing their specific needs.
- Monitor and follow up on daily issues faced by Creator Networks, gather product feedback, identify common challenges across regional networks, optimize solutions, develop SOPs, and document service methods and case studies.
- Track key data metrics for Creator Networks regularly, monitor project progress, and ensure the smooth and timely execution of projects.
- Manage localization efforts and adapt local strategies to meet market demands.
- Facilitate cross-departmental communication and coordination, enhancing overall interdepartmental collaboration efficiency.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above.
- Available to start full-time immediately for a duration of 3 months.
- Proficiency in English and Turkish to enable ongoing collaboration and communication within the team.
- Passionate about live streaming, with a solid understanding of LIVE content and formats.
- Strong analytical skills, logical thinking, and the ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Preferred proficiency in Arabic to collaborate with local colleagues and creator networks.
- Highly responsible, self-motivated, detail-oriented, with excellent execution and communication skills.
