The LIVE Traffic & Ecosystem team seeks a sharp Content Quality Assurance Specialist, covering the Portuguese/Brazilian community markets to help create a better space for content creators and users. You will review TikTok Live's content and enforce policy decisions related to content. You will be on the front lines, handling sensitive, complex user-facing issues to protect the platform and keep users safe. The successful applicant will come with a track record of communicating effectively and working with employees and leadership at all levels of the organization to assist in meeting business unit goals and objectives.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree, along with two years of relevant experience in content moderation / trust & safety / content quality assurance.
2. Proficiency in both English and Portuguese is essential, as you will be required to review external Portuguese language content.
3. Proficiency with office software such as Excel, Word, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in data processing and other data analysis capabilities
2. Experience within technology or BPO sectors
