TikTok LIVE - Americas Business Operations Associate

Responsibilities:
1. Project Coordination - Support the planning, tracking, and execution of LIVE Operations projects, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and aligned with business priorities.
2. Operational Efficiency - Identify inefficiencies in workflows (e.g., campaign execution, creator programs, cross-team collaboration) and help implement process improvements that reduce friction and improve speed-to-market.
3. Documentation & SOPs - Develop and maintain playbooks, templates, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enable consistency and knowledge sharing across the LIVE Ops team.
4. Reporting & Dashboards - Monitor project progress, update dashboards, and prepare recurring reports to provide leadership with visibility into key initiatives, risks, and outcomes.
5. Tool & Process Support - Help manage and optimize project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, or internal systems) and support team adoption through training and best practices.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with Content Strategy, Creator Growth, Partnerships, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of LIVE Ops priorities.
7. Continuous Improvement - Proactively suggest process enhancements, communication improvements, and reporting mechanisms to strengthen overall operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or content growth roles, ideally within tech, media, or creator economy environments.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify bottlenecks, measure impact, and recommend improvements.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin; the role requires frequent communication with global teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth cross-cultural collaboration across key regions.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Collaborative and proactive, with an eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) and tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, Trello).
- Passion for creators, live streaming, and digital communities is a strong plus.

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $68640 - $143556 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
