TikTok HR Intern Morocco (6 month internship) 2025

Responsibilities

TikTok is seeking a motivated and eager HR Intern to support our Human Resources Operations team in Morocco, for a period of 6 months.
The HR Operations team at TikTok helps ensure strong quality, experience, and process for the Lifecycle Operations function.

Responsibilities
- Developing and creating HR-related documents (e.g., templates, letters, forms, etc.)
- Learning HR Basics: You'll get to know how HR works under the law in Morocco.
- Assist with day-to-day HR administrative tasks.
- Maintain and update employee records and databases, You'll keep important records of employees and make sure their information is safe and private.
- Help organize and coordinate HR projects and events.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- English proficiency is mandatory

Preferred Qualifications
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-sufficient, with the ability to successfully project manage shifting priorities.
- Familiarity with Moroccan labor law.
- Great teammate, willingness to help where and when needed and go above and beyond.
