About the team
Global E-Commerce's Governance and Experience (GNE) is a global team responsible for ensuring a safe and trustworthy marketplace for not only our buyers, but also our sellers and creators. Service and Moderation Team (SMT) is part of the GNE organization. Our mission is to create the most trustworthy E-commerce platform with a delightful service experience. SMT is looking for a Product Safety and Compliance Specialist role in overseeing and controlling the quality of our local market E-commerce moderation.

Responsibilities

- Have deep understanding of product moderation guidelines and moderation strategies from policy team, and work as a expert for the specific domain's expert to conduct deep dive for the bad cases/grey case of Global e-commerce platform.
- Output data report for specific market among internal and external teams to present the findings, address the risk via making data-driven recommendations for process optimization, and drive long solutions implement.
- Output insightful recommendations to QA, SOP, Gov, and algorithm to improve human/model Quality, PBR, and model strategies;
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies, potential risks and challenges associated with proposed solutions.
- Manage requests from cross functions for deep dive analysis with high level quality, efficiency delivery.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience, an advanced degree is preferred.
- Proficiency in English, and Vietnamese in both written and spoken, is required for this role for internal collaboration and identifying modelling labels in Vietnamese
- Strong time management, risk management, and written and verbal communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets/Feishu sheets to support basic data analysis and visualization.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to drive process improvements.

Preferred Qualifications
- 3 years of working experience in Intellectual Property Right (IPR) compliance/ as Subject Matter Expert for Trust & Safety operation/Quality Assurance Analyst.
- Proficiency in Data analysis and visualization, particularly in conducting root cause analysis.
- Strong ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Adaptable, fast learner and highly motivated with experience in operations and project management.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive work-style.
