The team responsibilities is to acquire and cultivate creators in a scalable way to create e-commerce content in TikTok.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the construction and management of the MCN platform, and formulate the short-term and long-term operation plan of the MCN;
- Responsible for the operation of the MCN sector, familiar with the platform operation rules, maintain a good cooperative relationship with MCNs, and be able to carry out various businesses efficiently;
- With the resources and capabilities for business development, cross-border marketing and cross-industry cooperation, and has insights on the practical monetization modes for MCN;
- Has Japan MCN industry insight, be able to grasp industry trends in time and implement into MCN management practices.

- Establish Japan's TikTok e-commerce creators ecosystem evaluation system, including target setting, budget planning, business strategy development, etc.
- Optimize creators evaluation models, build and monitor key indexes based on business focus, and provide data-driven insights to boost overall creators' performance.
- Initiate in-depth business analysis for creators, including multiple solutions for products, traffic, content; and implement solid operational methodology for creators' growth.
- Deeply understand the cooperation mechanism for creators-seller-platform, and assist the operation team to formulate relevant incentive and management strategies with periodic optimization.
- Work closely with cross functional teams (data analytics, user growth, marketing) to drive the planning, coordination and execution of campaigns and activations from local content perspectives.
- Identify and support creators with great potential in commerce, and provide training to help them grow; design and develop creator growth plans on TikTok
- Responsible for key business results including the number of creators at different levels, creator content engagement, and long-term retention/sustainable growth
- Identify the Affiliate Program strategy based on business needs, and design and implement creator and partner education programs to drive quality creator/content supply and creator growth at scale leveraging the Affiliate services/platform
- Align with cross-function teams to improve creators' experience on TikTok, and initiate and create opportunities for creators to grow, including but not limited to online and offline campaigns, brand opportunities, product launches, etc.
- Navigating through ambiguity, adapting to frequent changes, and influencing key stakeholders
- Initiate and launch efficient, cost-effective programs, content strategies, activations, or incentive strategies to incentives and engage creators to gain performance growth
- Decomposing complex problems, devising new approaches, and creating scalable solutions
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent logical analysis ability and data-sensitive, attention to detail, affinity with numbers, strong in problem-solving
- Experience in managing diverse teams or agencies
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively within a diverse range of people and job functions;
- Familiar with TikTok and mainstream affiliate programs is preferred
- Fluent in Japanese and English; Cross-cultural communication and collaboration skills, working cross-functionally in a global working environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 years and more of relevant experience in content-based platforms
- Strong connections with creators and creator agencies are preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong in both verbal and written communication, flexible in an organizational environment
- Business level or above Japanese language
