Responsibilities:
- Campaign Execution & Support: Assist in executing key marketing campaigns (e.g. Black Friday, Summer Sale, Payday), ensuring smooth operations across promotional tools and traffic drivers.
- Data Analysis & Performance Insights: Monitor campaign performance using internal dashboards, compile reports, and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize future campaigns.
- System Configuration: Support setup and management of in-app campaign tools (e.g. vouchers, livestream features, campaign H5, creator events ) to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Work cross-functionally with teams (e.g. Creator Management, Seller Management, Marketing, Product), and external partners (e.g. brands, agencies) to align campaign execution and objectives.
- Process Improvement & Project Assistance: Support workflow optimization and documentation to enhance campaign efficiency and execution excellence.
- Market & Consumer Insights: Keep up with e-commerce trends, social media behavior, and digital marketing innovations to suggest improvements and identify new opportunities.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification
- University students or recent graduates in Marketing, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Communications, or related fields or up to 1 year of internship experience in marketing, e-commerce, business analysis, or related fields (e.g., at internet companies, brand e-commerce departments).
- Basic analytical skills: proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, data visualization); familiarity with SQL or BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker, Google Data Studio) is a plus.
- Strong execution skills: ability to handle multiple tasks, coordinate stakeholders, communication with brands, and ensure smooth campaign operations.
- Familiarity with social media, digital marketing, and e-commerce platforms in the UK market.
Preferred Qualification
- Experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or campaign operations from coursework, personal projects, or previous internships.
- Background in digital marketing agencies, account management, or consulting is a plus.
- Creative thinker with the ability to propose data-backed campaign improvements.
