Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying high-potential SMB sellers in- the Japan market and contribute to the development of growth strategies under the guidance of full-time team members.
- Support seller engagement efforts through various communication channels such as instant messaging, calls, and community groups. Help resolve basic seller inquiries and coordinate issue escalation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to organize seller-facing campaigns and incubation activities. Help track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct basic analysis to support understanding of seller behavior and business performance. Assist in gathering feedback and identifying pain points to support product and process improvements.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Undergraduate or graduate student.
- Familiar with E-Commerce and/or content creation. Able to use different social apps and tools such as TikTok, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, etc.
- Good written & verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high volume environment. Willing to learn and be a good team player.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience in problem-solving and time management, can work under pressure.
- Comfortable working with data.
