Responsibilities
The Content Ecosystem team at TikTok works to ensure the global content ecosystem is safe and enjoyable for its users. The team develops strategies, policies and methodologies to keep the content ecosystem safe and sustainable in the long-term.
Responsibilities:
1. Pay attention to the safety of short video content recommendation safety and branding scenarios, balance the relationship between product brands, business development and user experience, lead the sorting and formulation of the framework and details of policy review, deep dive into the issues of existing policies, provide optimization suggestions, and ensure policy rationality and enforceability.
2. Monitor and review key business data indicators, collect feedback from collaborative departments, provide suggestions to improve the systems and policies via summarizing and abstracting issues and cases;

3. Responsible for the training and implementation of policy, support the trainers to effectively train the content reviewer team about platform policy, follow up the training effect and lead the optimizations;
4. With data analysis skills, able to mine, locate and predict content risks;
5. Collaborate with other departments to improve content safety and user experience.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Master's degree in International Relations, Economics, or a related field.
2. 8+ years of experience in content safety policy design and enforcement, with at least 5 years focused on short-video platforms or digital content ecosystems.
3. Proven track record of using business metrics (e.g., policy violation rates, user retention, content takedown accuracy) and qualitative feedback to identify policy gaps, reduce false positives/negatives significantly, and deploy scalable enforcement solutions.
4. Experience in policy training and implementation: designed and launched large-scale, global training programs (>1k moderators), monitored performance KPIs (e.g., review accuracy, speed, policy comprehension)
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Results-driven and self-motivated, with a record of delivering cross-team projects on time and within scope.
2. Excellent cross-team communication and coordination ability, strong project management skills;
3. Passionate about the short video industry; stays current on global trends and has demonstrated the ability to anticipate and respond to emergent content risks within 24-48 hours of breaking news.
