Responsibilities:
-Collaborate with the Operations team to empower partner success on the platform
-Assist in lead mining, qualifying, segmenting and other lead management work
-Operate and incubate partners via different channels
-Coordinate with partners and creators to solve operational issues
- Learn and deepen your knowledge about content commerce and the commerce landscape in Germany
Qualifications
Minimum requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree, graduating in 2025
- Demonstrated learning ability, proactive and resilient, able to cope well under pressure,
and pay attention to detail, sound judgment and flexibility in balancing requirements, tight deadlines, and keeping people and projects moving on schedule
- Fluent in English and German; Cross cultural communication and collaboration skills working cross functionally in a global working environment,strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred requirements:
- Demonstrated computer skills and familiarity with MS office applications. Data processing
using SQL or tableau is a plus.
- A team player with excellent organizational & planning skills, the ability to measure performance based on data analysis
