About the Team

Responsibilities
- Support our Live Infrastructure Platform by participating in ensuring infrastructure services are reliable, fault-tolerant, efficiently scalable, and cost-effective.
- Contribute to managing a variety of complex systems at scale, including systems that administer hyperscale datacenters and public cloud, a global content distribution networks (CDNs), and load balancers that handle Tbps of traffic.
- Build, expand, and operate global infrastructures, including large-scale systems in public and private clouds, data centers, and content delivery networks.
- Participate in technical operations and tasks related to performance improvement and responses to reliability issues in company's data center.

Qualifications

Qualifications
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or a related STEM field, and 3 years of related work experience. Employer will accept an additional 2 years of related work experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.

Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience in each of the following:
- Providing functionality and reliability support for critical site components by measuring and monitoring availability, latency, and overall system health, including performance tuning and troubleshooting;
- Monitoring system activity and resolving system issues;
- Coordinating and monitoring data services operations, including SLA management and system deployment;
- Analyzing error logs to identify issues and working with service owners to resolve issues, document their origins, and develop future prevention mechanisms; and
- Creating and maintaining clear runbook instructions for services to use for alerts, troubleshooting, and resolution.

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $151466 - $191520 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
