Technical Rapid Response Analyst, EMEA - Trust & Safety
Responsibilities
The Rapid Response team ensures the safety of our users on the platform by rapidly resolving high-risk incidents using specialized tools, policies, and tactics. We aim not only to address issues but also to identify emerging risks and prevent them from spreading.
As a Rapid Response Analyst within our Trust & Safety team, you will be on the front line, leading risk containment of major global Trust & Safety high-risk escalations. We're looking for technical, data-driven problem solvers to shape the next generation of scalable safety operations. You'll be building and applying automation and AI to allow our teams to rapidly contain risk and reduce reliance on manual review.
What will I be doing?
- Crisis Response: Lead trust & safety incident management through effective coordination and timely cross-functional action.
- Data & Analytics: Analyze large-scale data and build dashboards to contain risks, monitor ecosystem health, and improve operations.
- Automation & Tools: Prototype and scale technical solutions (scripts, automations, AI agents) to solve trust and safety challenges.
- Post-Incident Improvement: Conduct reviews to identify root causes and implement lessons learned into playbooks, policies, processes, and tooling improvements.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Utilize data-driven insights to influence stakeholders and transform frontline signals into product, policy, and detection enhancements.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 4+ years in Trust & Safety, Risk, Escalations, Crisis Management, or similar operational risk roles.
- Strong data skills with SQL, Python, or similar scripting languages to solve complex problems.
- Hands-on ability to design and launch tools, processes, or systems from scratch.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills; able to clearly explain complex issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Understanding of trust and safety challenges, global legal and regulatory frameworks related to online safety and harm prevention;
- Comfortable with global time zones, including some weekend availability for critical incidents.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a technology, start-up, or digital platform environment;
- Strong project management skills and thought leadership;
- Familiarity with AI/ML solutions and automation for risk management;
- Knowledge of cultural sensitivities and regional differences in harmful content definitions and enforcement.
