About the Team:
The Networking brings together innovative ideas and technologies from network architecture, software-defined networking (SDN), network virtualization, switch software and hardware co-design, and high-speed networking, to create hyperscale data-center networking solutions that power several of the most popular apps of the world such as Douyin and TikTok which serve hundreds of millions of users around the globe.

The Networking is responsible for designing, building, and operating the global, intelligent network infrastructure to meet the requirements of high availability, scalability, and high-performance. By joining this team, you will gain marketable software development and/or network operation experiences in data center networking on a massive scale.

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to join our network engineering team. You'll drive the end-to-end delivery of the systems behind Tiktok and work with various team members to inspire creativity and bring joy to users around the globe.

Responsibilities
• As a TPM, you'll be the bridge between various teams across countries, working closely with people from Product, Engineering and various teams, driving the end-to-end delivery of new products and features to market, inspiring creativity and bring joy to our users around the globe.
• Manage a variety of complex, cross-functional programs and lead all aspects of assigned programs delivery.
• Create and maintain the Roadmap for the teams you work closely with, along with the respective Tech and Product leaders.
• Define the way of driving these programs and constantly find ways of improving this process in a data-driven manner. You'll be the owner of the collaboration process and tools.
• General Project management activities including but not limited to:
1. Prepare the project schedule, define the milestones;
2. Track and report progress, identify and mitigate risks, removing blockers;
3. Lead Agile/Scrum teams as a coach or scrum master;
• Embrace Tiktok culture and principles and promote an environment that embodies company's Principle and Values.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree or above with 3+ years of network project delivery or technical leadership background, plus strong organizational and interpersonal skills, will enable you to succeed in the fast paced environment.
- Good understanding of datacenter network knowledge, include but not limit to switches, routers, cabling, rack integration, routing and switching concept etc.
