Technical Program Manager - Infrastructure Engineering
Responsibilities
Team Introduction:
The infrastructure team supports the company's fast growth by building and operating hyper-scale datacenters, managing the life cycle of server fleet, providing cloud solutions, and developing various infrastructure services and making sure they are scalable and are reliable
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the regional subject matter expert (SME) for data centers and PoP cable infrastructure.
- Ensure quality and consistency of installations across projects through design review, technical oversight, and vendor performance management.
- Develop regionalized vendor-partner strategies, accounting for regulatory, logistical, and market-specific challenges in Europe.
- Maintain strong XF-relationships with Network Engineering, Commercial, Design, and Fit-Out teams. Collaborate with DCOs and RDCOs to ensure infrastructure meets operational and network performance expectations.

- Define project scope, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with internal stakeholders and vendor-partners.
- Drive execution of new-build and retrofit cable-infra projects (Network, Security, CorpNet), from design to commissioning. Oversee vendor installation activities, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Monitor, document, and track project milestones, reporting on progress, risks, and lessons learned.
- Manage and maintain internal project repositories, including SoWs, BoMs, test results, design archives, and as-builts.
- Support training, documentation, and knowledge transfer for Data Center Operations (DCO) teams, enabling sustainable long-term operations.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- BS in a technical field
- 5+ years of project management experience driving complex, cross-functional technical programs
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience with project management tools including Jira
- Familiarity with infrastructure technologies including cloud, datacenter, and networking
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in software development
- Experience in improving operational efficiencies
- Strong ability to influence and partner with stakeholders across multiple organizations to ensure alignment, mitigate risks, manage competing priorities, and allocate resources
Independent, critical thinking to navigate through ambiguity from a vague problem to a detailed solution
- Self-motivated and proactive with a proven ability to adapt well in a fast-paced tech company and collaborate closely with teams on different operating cadences
