About the team:
The Tech PMO team is one of core functions within the Global E-commerce Technology organization. We are responsible for connecting cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives with efficiency and impact. Our scope includes managing tools, processes, and performance metrics for the tech organization. By leveraging project management as a core competency, we aim to enhance organizational synergy, improve delivery efficiency, and accelerate business growth.

Responsibilities:
1. Lead PMO Strategy in the US:
Drive project governance for the Global E-commerce tech team by establishing standardized frameworks, tools, and metrics. Oversee cross-functional dependencies, support efficient resource planning, and ensure project execution aligns with strategic business goals.
2. Project Leadership & Delivery Management:
Provide strategic guidance and support to project managers across teams. Foster collaboration between Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders, and serve as a key liaison to senior leaders to ensure transparency, accountability, and outcome-driven execution.
3. Execution of Core Project Management Activities:
- Develop and maintain project schedules with clearly defined milestones.
- Track progress, identify and mitigate risks, and proactively remove blockers.
- Lead Agile/Scrum teams as a Scrum Master or Agile coach.
- Ensure the smooth and timely release of products and applications to market.
4. Culture & Team Development:
Promote and embody the team's culture and values. Encourage a results-oriented, collaborative, and inclusive work environment. Contribute to the continuous improvement of project delivery practices and support the growth of project management capabilities across the organization.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above with 5+ years of experience in program or project management, including 3+ years in a PMO or leadership role.
2. Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional programs in fast-paced environments.
3. Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale initiatives from end to end, applying both strategic oversight and execution.
4. Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and drive alignment across diverse teams with potentially conflicting priorities.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience in e-commerce, content commerce, or live-streaming platforms.
2. Success managing global programs in large, matrixes, and dynamic organizations.
3. Professional certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or SAFe are highly desirable.
4. Technical background or experience in software/technology organizations is a strong plus.
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $204000 - $403200 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
