Talent Acquisition Sourcer - Global Business Solutions - London (Third-party Contractor)

Responsibilities

The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is responsible for the revenue growth of the TikTok business. We are excited to continue adding to our Talent Acquisition team to attract, engage, and retain top talent to drive the continued growth of the organization.

The Talent Acquisition Sourcer will be responsible for partnering closely with Talent Acquisition Partners to maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for our various business demands. You will build innovative sourcing strategies led by data and market intelligence, lead a selection process that adopts D&I best practices, and partner closely with colleagues and key stakeholders through the hiring journey.

Responsibilities
- Manage the sourcing strategy for key talent across varying levels of experience
- Support recruiters in candidate management, interviewing and sourcing across various departments and locations
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to improve on recruiting process and efficiency
- Support various hiring projects, such as strategizing sourcing talent pipeline (via LinkedIn and alternative search techniques)

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant sourcing experience in a high-volume environment (via search firm/agency or in-house recruiting environment)
- Ability to contribute in a fast-paced work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks
- Experience with research/sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and other social media, or technical forums
- Proven results in sourcing talent at both mid and senior levels, adept at innovative sourcing strategies and candidate engagement

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience sourcing in a digital or advertising sales-based organization is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with employees, stakeholders, candidates, and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
