About the Team
The TikTok RD team is building up core TikTok products to ensure TikTok continues healthy growth, delivering the best product experience to all of our users, building the most attractive features to help users enjoy their time on TikTok, earning trust in privacy protection, and more.
What You Will Do
- Deeply understand hiring needs; partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to develop sourcing and hiring strategies.
- Manage end to end hiring, including but not limited to sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, onboarding preparation, etc.

- Identify, attract and close candidates that aligned with hiring plans.
- Develop efficient hiring processes and ensure high-touch candidate experience to continuously deliver high-quality candidates and meet hiring goals.
- Lead key initiatives and projects with our business teams, and other recruiting teams, that will continuously improve and scale our recruiting operations and results.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of full-cycle (end-to-end) recruitment experience.
- Experience in technical or engineering hiring within technology or internet companies.
- Ability to contribute efficiently with strong data sense in a fast-paced work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks.
- Bachelor's degree is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with international partners in different time zones and cultures.
- Background in both in-house and agency recruitment environments is strongly preferred.
