We're seeking a flexible and dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team, supporting both Engineering and Operations hiring at TikTok. This is a highly collaborative and impactful role where you'll partner with hiring managers across a variety of functions-including Operations Support, Software Engineering, UX, and Data Science-and be empowered to pivot based on business priorities. Specifically, you will:
- Full Lifecycle Recruitment: Drive the full-cycle recruitment process-from intake to offer-ensuring an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience across Engineering and Operations teams.

- Flexible Business Support: Adapt to support shifting business needs across a range of functions, including technical (e.g., Engineering, Data Science) and non-technical (e.g., Operations, UX) roles.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with hiring managers and HR partners, offering consultative support, market insights, and proactive talent strategies.
- Agency-Quality Sourcing: Execute innovative, high-impact sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, niche platforms, internal tools, and referrals.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Use dashboards and metrics to evaluate pipeline health, recruiting performance, and inform hiring decisions.
- Process Optimization: Recommend and drive improvements to recruitment workflows, selection processes, and candidate evaluation strategies.
- Return-to-Office: To enhance collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, among other things, at this time, our organization follows a hybrid work schedule that requires employees to work in the office 3 days a week, or as directed by their manager/department. We regularly review our hybrid work model, and the specific requirements may change at any time.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Tech & Non-Tech Recruitment Expertise: 5 years of corporate (in-house) full lifecycle recruitment experience, with at least 2+ years in technical hiring (agency or in-house).
- Demonstrated ability to recruit across multiple functions, especially technical and operational roles.
- Track record of managing 15+ requisitions concurrently while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Experience leading recruiting process optimizations, including policy and system improvements.
- Ability to use data, metrics, and market insights to advise hiring managers on talent gaps and drive strategic workforce planning.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience at a tech-focused staffing agency or fast-paced recruiting environment.
- Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous, regional/global environments, adapting to shifting priorities.
- Proficiency in using data tools (Excel, Power BI, ATS reports) to drive recruiting conversations and strategy.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders, partners, and candidates at all levels.
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $102600 - $174400 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
