Talent Acquisition Partner - GBS, Global SMB - Dublin
Responsibilities
About the Team:
The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is responsible for the revenue growth of the TikTok business, with the Small and Medium Business (SMB) segment being a critical engine for our global expansion. We are seeking a senior, strategic Talent Acquisition Partner to act as the global lead for all SMB hiring. As an ambassador for our company, you will partner directly with our most senior SMB leaders to attract, engage, and retain top talent and build a world-class, global hiring engine. To enhance collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, among other things, at this time, our organization follows a hybrid work schedule that requires employees to work in the office 4 days a week, or as directed by their manager/department. We regularly review our hybrid work model, and the specific requirements may change at any time.
Specifically, you will:
- Global SMB TA Strategy Lead: Act as the central Global Point of Contact (POC) for all SMB hiring. Develop and execute a unified, global recruitment strategy in direct partnership with senior leadership, ensuring alignment and consistency across all regions.
- Strategic Stakeholder Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders and regional TA teams. Use data and market insights to influence hiring decisions, shape team structures, and provide strategic recommendations for the SMB organization.
- Influence Without Authority: Coordinate and guide the execution of SMB hiring efforts across regional TA teams (Americas, EMEA, APAC). Drive consistency and best practices without direct managerial control, fostering a collaborative and effective global hiring engine.
- Full-Lifecycle Execution: Own and manage a portfolio of critical, senior-level requisitions for the SMB team, driving the end-to-end process from sourcing to offer while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
- Process Optimization & Scalability: Identify opportunities to improve global SMB recruiting processes. Design and implement scalable solutions that enhance efficiency, candidate quality, and hiring manager satisfaction.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of full-lifecycle recruitment experience in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Proven ability to manage a complex portfolio of 20+ requisitions simultaneously across multiple regions and time zones.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with and influencing senior leaders and stakeholders in a matrixed organization.

- Strong ability to coordinate projects and drive results with cross-functional partners and peers without direct authority.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience recruiting for SMB, sales, or similar commercial functions in the tech industry.
- Experience acting as a strategic lead, program manager, or global POC for a specific business unit or hiring initiative.
- Exceptional influencing and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and drive alignment across diverse global teams.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to tell a compelling story with data to guide strategic workforce decisions.
