Responsibilities
As a Talent Acquisition Expert at TikTok, you will connect deeply with the business to learn how TikTok and its affiliates grow into one of the most popular applications in the world, be the functional sourcing lead for our team, and finding the best talent for TikTok and its affiliates. You will also collaborate with regional and global human resources professions to implement various projects to reach the recruiting goals. The ideal candidate is someone who is driven, hungry to learn, and excited to tackle global challenges.
You will be building for our Research & Development teams, as well as Enterprise Go-to-Market teams in multiple locations in the Asia Pacific region.

- Deeply understand hiring needs, partner closely with business leaders and stakeholders to develop talent acquisition strategies in different geographies.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for some senior positions our team hires for
- Develop efficient candidate pipeline processes and operational excellence for our sourcing team, and ensure high-touch candidate experience to continuously deliver high-quality candidates and meet hiring goals.
- Work with the Talent Acquisition Leaders across the departments you hire for for global collaboration, as well as understand the different context of each candidate, to ensure great candidate experience.
- Manage, coach and mentor members of the sourcing team.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Minimum 5 years' experience specific in talent acquisition / Human Resources
2. Deep knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting components, including direct sourcing, behavioral & motivation-based interviewing, employment laws, salary trends, and relationship management.
3. Ability to think globally, make calculated decisions under time pressure, and be sensitive/knowledgeable to international recruiting practices.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Strong business acumen and understanding of how recruitment and workforce planning impact the overall organization in a consulting environment.
2. Experience leading diverse teams.
