Responsibilities
The data team is responsible for the construction of domestic and overseas infrastructure platforms for ByteDance's products, and provides big data solutions, recommendation algorithms, system architecture, model algorithms, risk control research and development, open platform and other technologies for multiple businesses.

Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners to build & execute robust recruiting strategies that meet the needs of both client and candidate.
- Design creative sourcing strategy and build strong pipelines for specific roles.
- Conduct industry research or understand the best practices from other regions to provide market insights to hiring team.
- Support various recruiting projects and programs, such as campus and internship projects and D&I initiatives.
- Support candidate care efforts by implementing streamlined interview coordination efforts and offering excellent customer service.
- Support HRBP in any other general HR-related work and/or projects.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Open to all bachelor's and postgraduate students currently pursuing their studies, with no restrictions on disciplinary field.
- Demonstrate fluent proficiency in English for effective liaison with external candidates.
- Able to commit at least 3 days per week, for 3 consecutive months.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in recruitment or HR coordination work.
- Self-starter who has an appetite for learning new things.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
