Supply Chain and Logistics Specialist - USDS

Supply Chain and Logistics organization aims to provide better products, experience, delivery costs, strengthen industrial supply chain capabilities, and enhance platform reputation and long-term value. We are looking for a talented and experienced specialist to join the USDS Logistics team as a Supply Chain and Logistics specialist. The ideal candidate is passionate about developing plans and managing projects, and thrives in a fast-paced start-up environment. They have a background in eCommerce logistics, experience working with global cross functional teams, and have excellent written & communication skills. They can proactively identify improvement opportunities to enhance project outcomes in an ambiguous environment.

In order to enhance collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, among other things, at this time, our organization follows a hybrid work schedule that requires employees to work in the office 3 days a week, or as directed by their manager/department. We regularly review our hybrid work model, and the specific requirements may change at any time.

Responsibilities:
- Act as an operations escalation point for logistics customer/seller service and billing related issues.
- Partner with internal teams and third party logistics providers to manage and resolve logistics service, billing, and platform-related discrepancies, ensuring seamless and efficient operations
- Conduct regular case studies on customer and seller service issues, developing actionable solutions to enhance service quality and efficiency
- Collaborate with internal and external logistics teams to manage and submit claims, ensuring all parties are aligned and informed throughout the claims process
- Maintain standard operating procedures to support process consistency and facilitate knowledge transfer.
- Proactively identify improvement opportunities to enhance service related project outcomes

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s):
- 2+ years of customer service, billing and settlement and/or operations experience in logistics related industry, preferably E-commerce
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, driving alignment with multiple stakeholders and influencing without authority
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for collaboration and an ability to adapt to ambiguity and quickly changing priorities
- Experience driving user experience improvement or contact reduction projects, delivering quantifiable results
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate Excel skills

Preferred Qualification(s):
- Prior experience in logistics and operations, with a strong understanding of last mile transportation, warehouse functions and knowledge of operational workflows
- Experience creating process maps, SOP's, and other supporting documentation
- Strong analytical skills are a plus. Experience with SQL, Tableau, Power BI or similar tools
- Experience working in a large international organization with a diverse workforce

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $77969 - $105556 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
