Join us on 22nd September for a full-day selection event filled with interviews, networking, and insight into TikTok's LIVE team. We're seeking emerging professionals to join us as LIVE Strategy Operations Manager shaping the future of live-streaming across France. This role is part of our Early Career Batch Day, where you'll spend a full day at our Paris office on the 22nd September meeting the team, taking part in interviews, and diving into TikTok's LIVE vision.
Requirements:
- relevant years of full-time work experience (internships excluded).
- Passionate about digital content, live stream, creators, and community-driven platforms.
What You'll Do:
Support LIVE Strategy & Operations: Develop and execute strategies to drive creator growth through monetization from virtual gifting , and viewer engagement
- Manage Agency Relations: Identify and build partnerships with MCNs, agencies, and live-streaming organizations; onboard partners and guide them through policies and performance benchmarks
- Drive Data-Backed Decisions: Monitor performance, analyze metrics, track KPIs and performance metrics; translate data into clear insights for creators and agencies
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with product, content, and global operations teams to localize and enhance LIVE experiences.
- Strategic Projects: Lead special projects focused on improving onboarding, boosting viewer retention, and strengthening platform safety
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and up to three years of work experience
- Genuine interest in LIVE streaming, the creator economy, and community platforms
- Analytical mindset with experience in interpreting data and generating insights
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment

- Strong communication skills and proven ability to coordinate projects
- Fluent in French, English and Chinese due to handling Chinese agencies
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship experience at a major tech company, media outlet, digital entertainment firm, startup, or a consultancy
- Prior involvement with creator management, content platforms, or agency networks
- Existing contacts or familiarity with local creators and agencies
