We are looking for a Strategy Operations Manager to join the Global Creative Strategy and Operations team in the New York or San Jose office. The ideal candidate will have a robust analytical background supported by an equivalent degree, experience in data-driven roles within strategy or operations.
Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence & Business Planning
- Lead high-impact initiatives aligned with TikTok's growth priorities-driving cross-functional alignment and securing stakeholder buy-in across Operations and Product Marketing to ensure seamless execution.
- Partner closely with Operations teams to shape data-informed go-to-market strategies-identifying gaps, surfacing opportunities, and delivering clear, actionable insights that accelerate execution.

- Bring operational rigor to strategic planning-designing and facilitating reviews, tracking progress against regional objectives, and embedding accountability across teams to ensure sustained impact.
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Lead the development and execution of TikTok's regional data analytics framework-owning everything from data integrity and governance to dashboard creation, metric harmonization, while collaborating with DE teams
- Harness advanced analytics to uncover key performance drivers, decode market and audience trends, and deliver high-impact insights that fuel strategic decision-making and optimize marketing performance across high-impact initiatives.
- Turn complex datasets into compelling, easy-to-understand visual narratives that inform decisions across both technical and non-technical audiences.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with other internal teams, including product and sales teams, to develop growth strategies for creative products and creator content on Tiktok that empower advertiser success across industries.
- Collaborate closely with Creative Product Marketing & Operations team members and management to drive the team's overall success and enhance process flows.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master's degree in analytical field or equivalent undergraduate experience
- 3-5 years of experience in strategy & operations, strategy consulting or data analytics roles
- Preferred proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools with the ability to derive insights from data and use them to inform decision-making
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $156000 - $288000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
