About the Team:
The TikTok Marketing Science Research & Insights team is drives the development of strategic knowledge across audience, commerce, creative, search, and moments programs. The team is a consultative partner to product, sales, and marketing organizations at TikTok to support clients in optimizing their activity on the platform and build meaningful connections that help drive behavior change. The team collaborates closely with external research vendors to plan and deliver world-class research that reinforces our market voice.
About the Role:
The Strategic Research Enablement Partner will have deep understanding of the knowledge TikTok has built across audiences, journeys, commerce, search, creative, and moments. They'll use your influence and relationship-building skills to discover the business needs of our clients and develop a go-to-market for our research and insights to shape how new and existing clients grow. They are a gifted storyteller, with the ability to translate insights into clear positioning & outputs that are relevant to our clients' needs. They anticipate how client decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the insights that shape the business verticals to clearly articulate how TikTok can grow their business.

Responsibilities:
- Define strategic points of view and translate them into effective, breakthrough narratives (Presentations, one sheeters, research based collateral) across verticals
- Leverage custom research, platform data, and 3P research tools to identify actionable insights and opportunities for sales teams and inform artifact development
- Identify winning strategies and scale the insights throughout the Vertical to provide maximum business value to the clients to drive continuous consumption
- Update Sales, Marketing, and Product teams on the latest research and insights to inspire new ways of driving consumption for clients.
- Utilizing deep knowledge of the media buying cycle and media industry to help identify opportunities and anticipate barriers for Verticals
- Partner with sales teams to adapt and tailor research outputs for strategic client engagements, ensuring insights are actionable, relevant, and aligned with business objectives.
- Support the development of sustainable infrastructure to manage and respond to inbound consultation requests, as well as initiate proactive outreach to client-facing teams.
- Coordinating with XFNs to serve custom requests for high value opportunities
- Support ongoing education efforts to increase awareness, understanding, and adoption of Research & Insights solutions in North America and Global sales organizations.
- Serve as a key point of contact for evangelizing insight capabilities and driving usage of scaled outputs.
- Develop and maintain systems to quantify and communicate the business impact and revenue contribution of the Research & Insights function.
- Contribute to the operational effectiveness of the team by supporting process improvements, tooling, and team-wide coordination efforts.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in research, marketing, sales, and/or strategy
- Must be willing to work in New York, NY
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in data analytics and/or market research at an agency or brand
- Familiar with statistical analysis, including regression analysis, causal inference, machine learning, and experimental design
- Experience working with SQL, Python and/or R for data manipulation, analysis, and model development
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to problem solve
- Strong ability to translate data into clear, story-driven deliverables with actionable recommendations
- Experience working with global and regional teams
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $86556 - $135112 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
