We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2024. Internships at TikTok aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Watch your ambitions become reality as your inspiration brings infinite opportunities at TikTok.
Successful candidates must be able to commit to one of the following internship cycles below:
1. Summer Internship - 06 May 2024 to 26 July 2024 (12 weeks)
2. Off cycle / Credit bearing - Starting 08 January 2024 or 12 August 2024
We will prioritize candidates who are able to commit in either internship period. Please state your availability clearly in your resume (Start date, End date).

About the team
The Solutions Engineering team is a specialized team that is in control of the relationship between TikTok advertising clients. The team is looking for engineers with an entrepreneurial mindset and the voice of the market. The team is made up of creative problem solvers and strategic software engineers who work with clients to understand their problems and develop solutions. We work at the intersection of business and engineering to assist TikTok's marketing and advertising partners to flourish and achieve their business goals by developing technology solutions that fit their demands.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing timely and effective technical solutions for global advertisers to access the ByteDance advertising system
- Responsible for building a world-leading solution system to provide customers with better products and service capabilities
- Work closely with the R & D team to jointly complete the R & D and improvement of new products
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above, major in computer and related majors, familiar with basic knowledge of computer network, architecture, etc
- Familiar with at least one computer language (Python/Ruby/JavaScript or other)
- Have good communication skills, be good at summarizing and summarizing problems, and be able to form an effective action plan
- Have at least two of the following abilities:
a. Have a certain understanding of Internet advertising related concepts;
b. Possess certain Web system development and debugging capabilities, and have practical development practice experience;
