E-Commerce's Governance Platform is a global team responsible for ensuring a safe and trustworthy marketplace for not only our buyers, but also our sellers and creators. We constantly work on areas such as risk detection abilities, fairness and sustainability of the E-Commerce ecosystem, content and commodity quality to drive improvement.

Our Governance Business Solution Architect is responsible for designing and implementing efficient and reliable governance strategies and systems to ensure compliance, security, and efficiency of platform operations - leveraging good technical capabilities, innovative thinking, and excellent communication skills to promote XFN cooperation and achieve business goals.

Responsibilities:
- Design and optimize the governance structure of e-commerce platforms, including but not limited to product quality, intellectual property protection, and user behavior norms.
- Work closely with multiple teams, such as product, technology, and operations, to ensure the effective implementation of governance strategies.
- Analyze and evaluate the efficiency and safety of existing governance processes and make improvement recommendations.
- Track the latest changes in e-commerce industry regulations and technological development trends to ensure the foresight and compliance of platform strategies.
- Develop and maintain technical documents and operating manuals related to governance.
- Manage and govern the budget and resources related to the project to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification
- Familiar with the laws and regulations, business processes, and technical architecture of the e-commerce industry.
- Possess good project management skills, able to manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery.
- Strong logical thinking ability and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit.
- Proficient in at least one programming language (e.g. Java, Python, Golang, etc.)
- Possess good English reading, writing, and business communication skills

Preferred Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, information technology, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of technical development experience, including at least 3 years of work experience in e-commerce Platform Governance, Risk Management, or related fields.
- Participated in large-scale technical restructuring of leading internet companies, with practical experience in DDD in large-scale projects
- Experience in successfully designing and implementing large scale e-commerce governance business solutions

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $199500 - $340100 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
