Responsible for high product quality of Trust and Safety. We focus on testing and delivering high quality products of content safety and content understanding, which protect our users from harmful content and abusive behaviors. In this role, team members have the opportunity to validate, automate develop and manage the quality challenges both in development and production stage. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with peers to ensure project quality that meets functional and user experience standards and expectations.
- Continuously track and analyze quality issues, recommend insights, develop improvement plans, and collaborate with peers to improve quality performance.

- Help implement test tools and collaborate with automation/stability QA teams to build up internal tools/frameworks/platforms to make the team more productive.
- Work as the contact person in specific quality issues with related QA peer team.
- Work with peers to train new hires / teams through coaching and mentoring.
- Implement policies and processes to ensure a positive, productive work environment. Provide first hand support to team internal escalations. Proactively identify and resolve issues impacting team productivity by working with team, peers, and management.
- Work with recruiting team to identify, interview, and recruit top talents for QA openings.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or related discipline
- 5+ years experience in quality assurance of Inernet products, mainly server-side
- Experienced in quality assurance methodology and have deep understanding of CI/CD, quality standard, server-side automation testing, server-side performance testing, experience in at least 2 or 3 aspects
- Familiar with at least one programming language such as Python/Go/Java
- Strong analytical, problem solving skills, ability to coordinate with different teams
- Effective collaboration with global teams across time zones
- Ability to work in a fast paced, iterative development environment
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $93480 - $201600 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
